We are a Certified Public Accounting firm with offices in Sterling and Oakton, VA.
The firm was formally founded in August 2017, each of the partners bringing more than 30 years of experience in providing quality accounting, tax and business consulting services in the Northern Virginia region.
We greatly value the importance of customer service and pursue excellence, integrity, innovation and individualized service.
Our mission is to be the trusted business advisor providing reliable answers and exceptional service, while building relationships of mutual respect.

Michelle Hur, CPA
Michelle is a managing partner of the firm. After 30 years of experience with “big eight” firm, corporate and several regional public accounting firms, she is well equipped to tackle complex accounting and tax projects.
She provides review and compilation, accounting, tax and advisory services to a diverse range of clients, including construction contractors, government contractors, nonprofit organizations, professional service firms and closely-held businesses.
She provides financial statement and tax planning & preparation services, and advice on internal controls, accounting systems, and operational issues.
She is a graduate of University of Virginia with an accounting degree and Bentley College with masters in business administration.
Cynthia Pearson, CPA
Cindy is a partner with the firm. She is a Virginia licensed CPA and has worked for “big eight” and local firms in both Virginia and Minnesota.
She brings over thirty years of experience in tax compliance, tax planning, accounting and advisory services to partnership, corporation, S-Corporation, non-profit, individual, estate and trust clients.
She has an economics degree from the University of Minnesota and masters in accounting from American University in Washington, DC. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants.
